    The University of Georgia Alumni Association recognized the 100 fastest-growing companies owned or operated by UGA alumni during the seventh annual Bulldog 100 Celebration Jan. 30 at the Atlanta Marriott Marquis.

    CollegeTown Properties was recognized as the No. 26 fastest-growing business owned or operated by a University of Georgia graduate.


    Athens, Ga. – CollegeTown Properties was recognized as the No. 26 fastest-growing business owned or operated by a University of Georgia graduate during the 2015 Bulldog 100 Celebration Feb. 7 at the Atlanta Marriott Marquis in downtown Atlanta.

    The Bulldog 100, a program coordinated by the UGA Alumni Association, recognizes the 100 fastest-growing businesses owned or operated by UGA graduates.

    More than 450 nominations were received for the 2015 Bulldog 100. The class includes companies of all sizes, providing services and products in a variety of industries, including dentistry, law, IT, consulting, retail and pest control. Companies as far west as Texas and as far northeast as Pennsylvania, made the list this year. The average compounded annual growth rate for this year’s Bulldog 100 businesses was 47.66 percent.

    CollegeTown Properties Brokers Sale of Athens/UGA Cottage Development


    Athens, Ga. — Athens-based developer and student housing operator CollegeTown Properties has developed and brokered the sale of its new 56-bed in-fill, mixed-use community concept called Courtyard South. The community opened for residents in August. TWA Enterprises purchased the property at completion for approximately $4.3 million. The community sits on 1.9 acres approximately 1.5 miles from the University of Georgia campus.
